Composer and pianist based in Germany, organizer and director of the eaSoundArt e.V. Festival. His oeuvre includes mainly electroacoustic music. Dowlasz has participated in a number of interdisciplinary music, placing particular emphasis on acousmatic music and the attendant problem of its live performances. He also writes chamber pieces for acoustic instruments accompanied by electronics. (EC)
