Eugeniusz Popławski

Composer and musicologist. He is interested in the musical traditions of Belarus, collecting source materials and exploring Belarusian early music. His compositions echo with Belarusian traditions, including folk melodies or the Orthodox tradition. His interest also include electroacoustic music, which he dealt with while working at the Electroacoustic Music Studio, Academy of Music in Cracow or at the Polish Radio Experimental Studio in Warsaw.
