Krzysztof Gawlas

(*1968)

Composer, improviser and sound designer. Gawlas specializes in compositions featuring electronic systems, writes for tape and combines the acoustic instruments with the human voice and live electronics. He also deals with multi-channel sound projection, performing with other artists. Gawlas is the author and co-founder of a number of multimedia projects, and the composer of incidental music for theater. Apart from these, he indulges in jazz and improvisation. (EC)
