Piotr Filonowicz
Graduate of the Aleksander Zelwerowicz State Theatre Academy in Warsaw, instructor at numerous theater workshops, director and screenwriter. Filonowicz is the founder of Teatr 108, Teatr Drzewo Peruna, Teatr Linia Nocna, as well as theater groups specializing in free improvisation. He has directed performances and hosted Theater Evenings while also engaging in folk song in collaboration with the “Linia wokalna” group, of which he is the founder, and as the holder of vocal workshops “Przędzalnia głosu”. Filonowicz expands his knowledge of traditional music by organizing ethnomusicological field research trips. (EC)
