Composer and violinist. His oeuvre is a bold combination of conventions of professional and folk music, as well as those of composition and improvisation. Aside from traditional means of expression, Sroczyński employs their thoroughly contemporary counterparts, including synthetic sounds produced by harmonizers and samplers, which he then arranges into layers and ranges to achieve unpredictable sound effects.
