Jarosław Chełmecki
Composer, pedagogue, member of early music vocal ensemble Cantus Floridus. As a composer, his chief focus rests with choral music, although he also writes chamber and orchestral works. Chełmecki engages himself in a dialogue with tradition, not only by using old vocal and instrumental forms (madrigals, concertos) but also through distinct references to their tonality, combining early styles with sonoristic effects.
