Adam Porębski

Composer, violinist and pianist. He represents the new generation of Polish composers. His works encompass diverse genres and casts. As an interpreter, Porębski performs 20th and 21st century music, frequently turning towards electronic sound and extensive articulatory techniques. His compositions retain a balance between the use of innovative means of expression, on the one hand, and harmonic references and thoroughly considered formal aspects, on the other. (EC)
