Stańczyk’s energetic, colorful compositions result from his outstanding composing abilities, a highly developed aesthetic awareness, and his active pursuit of new artistic solutions. Stańczyk’s oeuvre combines the intellectual and the sensual in unpredictable narratives and intriguing harmonic solutions, in which he manifests his fascination with Grisey’s spectralism. (AM)
